About Us

Our Goal

Our goal is to build lasting relationships while providing quality lawn and landscape services to our customers.  We want to be the best lawn care provider in our community always providing excellent service at an affordable price.

Residential

Families need a lawn service provider they can trust and depend on while they enjoy time off from their busy schedules.  10 years in business and over 20 years combined experience, we want the opportunity to the show you we do what we promise, and that when we leave a job it has meet your expectations.

Commercial

We know that a businesses appearance is everything.  From restaurants to office complexes, a customer makes purchasing decisions on appearance all the time. Our goal is to be the best commercial service provider in the community. Let us help you generate traffic into your location by keeping your property in shape and manicured.

Distinctions

Building relationships is so important to us.  We don't want to send someone out to your home or business that is unpleasant or who cannot communicate effectively. Upon each visit to your location you will encounter one of our staff members. It may be a simple hello! or a wave, just to let you know that we are there so that you can ask questions or share concerns.

Our Commitment to Quality

Estimates will be agreed upon by both parties before a job is performed. There will be no surprises on a customers bill. We do what we have agreed upon and committed to. All inquiries will be addressed by the company superintendent or owner of Jayman's Lawn Care.

Business Model

Customer base is set up on an annual schedule: (Note: Customer schedules can vary in frequency and services based on annual agreement)

April – October: Weekly visits to homeowner and business as needed.
Nov. – March: Bi-Monthly visit to homeowner and business as needed.
44 visits to your location annually unless otherwise specified in agreement.

Annual billing configuration

We take a per visit rate, multiple it by the number of visits and divide the Total by 12 months ($55 x 44 visits / 12 months = $200.00 per month)

Cancellations

Because we are on an annual schedule, and if a cancellation occurs, there may be services due to the customer or monies due to Jayman’s at time of separation. All fees and services due will be finalized before separation. There is always a 30 day
out regarding services.

Visits include

Cut, edge, blow, weed eat, edge, trimming and round-up spray in beds and concrete as needed.

We invoice customers for the current month, sending invoices out by the 20th of each month, payable no later than the 15th of the following month.

Rain Delays

If it happens to rain on the day we are to visit your property, we will do our best to make it up that week, however, this is not always possible due to other customer commitments and seasonal obligations.
We track all missed visits and can either credit your account or add an additional visit to your property at a later date.

I want to hear from you

I personally visit all of my properties on a regular basis to ensure that the job is being done correctly. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss anything regarding your property, never hesitate contacting me at 706-681-4780 or jay@jaymanslawncare.com

Additional visits

If you are having a party, or a special function, please let us know. We can possibly change you weekly visit to accommodate such a need or drop by later that week to spruce up your place before the event.
This is done at no additional cost as long as it involves regular maintenance and we can absorb the cost.
